1. Why can’t I withdraw my money?

The Trading Game awards in-game dollars as you learn and play. These dollars are tokens for learning purposes and have no real-world value. They cannot be withdrawn. Once you’re ready to invest with real money, you can choose from a list of brokers within the app.

On the profile screen, scroll to “Global Rank” and select “Battles.” Each battle lasts 10 minutes, where you compete by buying and selling available assets to earn the most money.

6. How can I trade?

We recommend first completing at least the introductory chapter. Once you’ve gained some knowledge, head to the trade section and carefully open your first trade. While the app is a simulator and you could go “all-in” on your first trade, ask yourself: would you do that with real money? Try to stay disciplined and follow the basic money management techniques learned in the study section.

7. Are the charts real-time?

Yes, the Trading Game uses real-life, real-time market data and trading volumes for the most realistic experience.

8. How does stop-loss work?

A stop-loss order limits potential losses on an investment. When an asset reaches a specified price, it is automatically sold. You can set the amount of profit and loss you’re willing to incur in the app.

9. Where can I set the language?

In the top-left corner of the screen, tap the hamburger menu (three lines). You’ll be shown a list of language options including English, German, Spanish, French, Italian.

10. What are the criteria for choosing a broker?

We follow ESMA (European Securities and Markets Authority) rules in the EU, where brokers are required to disclose the percentage of traders who lose money within a 3-month period. We select brokers based on their reputation, lowest loss rates, and the features they offer to traders.

11. Why are some markets closed?

Markets close depending on the time of day. In the ‘Study’ section, there’s a lesson titled “What to Trade” which explains when major markets open and close.

12. What does leverage mean?

Leverage refers to a loan given to an investor, with the expectation that the investment’s growth will outpace loan interest. It is shown as multipliers (e.g., x2, x5, x20, x30, x50), allowing you to choose a risk level that suits your needs.

13. Where can I find my trading history?

Under the “Profile” section, scroll to the bottom to view your full trading history. For a quick overview of your details, you can check your profile.
